    Jason Gauvin, Director

    Jason Gauvin received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Springfield College. In addition, he is a fellowship-trained sports physical therapist at Duke University. Jason has an extensive clinical career treating patients and specializes in the active and athletic sectors. He has spent the last ten years focused on operational management, allowing him to reach exponentially more patients with exceptional care. Jason will oversee the day-to-day operations of 360 Medical Consulting.

    Gianna Carnesi, DC

    Dr. Gianna Carnesi earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Additionally, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from State University of New York Cortland. Dr. Carnesi is Webster Technique Certified and Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation certified. Dr. Carnesi is proficient in Flexion-Distraction (F&D), manual soft tissue therapy, rehab exercises, therapeutic modalities, and joint manipulation techniques. Dr. Carnesi brings a comprehensive skill set to our practice.

    Earvin Paul, DC

    Dr. Earvin Paul graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic college in 2018. He also holds an exercise science degree and is certified in Active Release Technique(ART). Dr. Paul has experience with personal training, exercise prescription and return to sport programs and ran track himself at an NCAA division II level.

    Alec Musinsky, DC

    Dr. Alec Musinsky is a chiropractor specializing in advanced musculoskeletal treatment. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and anthropology from the University of Miami and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, where he graduated as valedictorian. Dr. Musinsky's clinical skills include myofascial release, flexion-distraction therapy, motion palpation, therapeutic exercise and rehabilitative modalities. He previously represented the Motion Palpation Institute and remains dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-focused care through interdisciplinary collaboration.

    Joseph Brillantino, MS is our Lead Exercise Physiologist. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Exercise Physiology at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania after successfully defending his thesis on neuromuscular fatigue. Joe has experience working with pre-and post-operative patients, and he specializes in postural re-education and rehabilitative exercise.

    Jacia Horton, CEP

    Jacia Horton BS, CEP is an Exercise Physiologist who earned her Bachelor's at UNC at Pembroke and is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Jacia is a specialist in the prescription of exercise for the management of many health conditions and injuries. Through her extensive experience in corporate wellness, private practice and pre and post operative settings. Jacia has developed a strong passion for the completion of the right exercises at the right time for many medical and musculoskeletal conditions.

    Tabbitha Martinez-Reyes

    Tabbitha Martinez Reyes, BS is a human movement specialist who earned her bachelor’s at Suny State School of Cortland. Tabbitha has an understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics to address and fix movement compensations and imbalances to improve the overall quality of movement in everyday life. Tabbitha has experience in developing exercise routines for patients, keeping patients accountable to their fitness regimens, and educating patients on various health and fitness topics relevant to their recovery process.

    Caitlin Escudero is a Strength and Rehab Specialist with experience as a coach for the Columbia University Wushu Club and expertise in Fascial Stretch Therapy. With a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Saint Peter’s University and a Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University, Caitlin is committed to refining her clinical skills to deliver high-quality patient care. Guided by the philosophy, “Be willing to be the student,” she applies both detail-oriented and innovative rehab techniques, often using unique exercises inspired by her martial arts background to deepen patients' understanding of movement.

    Joshua Nuñez, is an Exercise Physiologist from Adelphi University. He specializes in biomechanics education, focusing on optimizing movement patterns in exercise and daily life. Joshua's holistic approach integrates your lifestyle factors into personalized treatment plans, addressing underlying issues for long-term wellness. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, Joshua is committed to providing culturally sensitive care to meet the diverse needs of our community.

    Sara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing care to all age ranges and conditions. She obtained her MSW from New York University in 2016 and received additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Motivation Interviewing and Dialectal Behavior Therapy. She has worked for Mount Sinai Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, and most recently for Galileo Medical (part of One Medical). She has presented for the Icahn School of Medicine, American Public Health Association Annual Conference, and Society for Social Work Leadership Annual Conference. 360 is excited for to join our team and work with KKR employees.

She works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, work-life balance challenges, the demands of parenting, and the complexities of high-performance environments.
